Forms of payment

Payment via credit card. VISA, VISA ELEECTRON, MASTERCARD (except American Express) and Paypal.

If the payment of your order is made by credit card, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be processed in order to provide greater security to the kiddothelabel.com user, so that the buyer will be authenticated as the legitimate holder of the card being used.

Deliveries

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc..). Delivery times depend on the destination. For shipments in Spain (Peninsula), the delivery time will be from 1 to 3 days since we have received the payment. For other destinations, please consult prices and delivery time. You will also be able to know the costs and delivery time in the shopping cart. We ship to: Europe, Middle East, Asia, America.

Shipping costs will be:

  • Peninsula: € 5,50
  • Remaining destinations: consult during the purchase process

Exchanges and/or returns

You will have a period of 21 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item for another item, or we will refund the amount of your purchase. The returned garment must be in perfect conditions with its corresponding label and purchase receipt.

The item may be returned by mail or courier whose cost will always be borne by the customer except in case of tare or defect of the garment. Seven Lives Investment s.l. will not accept shipments carriage forward or cash on delivery.

Seven Lives Investment s.l. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How to prepare and send your package?

To make your return, please contact us at info@kiddothelabel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return has been accepted, we will process the collection at your address and you will receive the return label and the following instructions by post:

    A refund is guaranteed for all returns made according to the conditions and instructions provided that the returned items are in perfect condition. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund. The products must not be damaged, deformed or used, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
